Warmed to a soothing and comfortable temperature of between 37 to 38 degrees Celsius, each 50-minute ELO Session in oxygen-rich ELO water delivers a positive, relaxing effect on the body and enhances body tissue oxygen levels. Tissue oxygenation is known to promote healing and is generally good for health.

For optimal results, we recommend that you start drinking ELO Drinking Water for at least a week before undergoing ELO Sessions so that your body tissue can gradually adjust to the higher oxygen content.

Undergoing ELO Sessions have no known side effects and a majority of users do not experience any symptoms. However, individuals may vary in their perceived symptoms.
