Cartridge Features:

• Anti-bacterial silver-impregnated mesh traps sediments and suspended solids like rust.
• High-performance NSF certified activated carbon block reduces chlorine, solid contaminants, bad taste and odour.
• Nanofibre disc blocks bacteria, submicron inorganic and organic contaminants, via electro-absorption.

Warranty: 

• The warranty for the system covers manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• The warranty for the cartridges covers manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) week from the date of purchase.

How Do I Change The Cartridge?

1. Twist the cartridge to release it from the manifold. Discard the used cartridge.
2. Install a new cartridge by twisting it to the right and pushing it up against the manifold at the same time.
3. Turn on the drinking faucet and let water flow through the system for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, check connections to ensure that there is no water leakage. The system is ready for use upon completion of this action.
