- I understand and agree that for monthly ELO Drinking Water Subscription Plan(s):
- Payment is to be made every month as the subscription(s) continues perpetually by default;
- By providing my credit card details, I authorize the Company to charge monthly subscription fees to the card till a written instruction is given from me 14 days prior to payment due date to discontinue the plan(s);
- Delivery will be scheduled and sent to me only upon successful monthly payment;
- ELO Points issued are to be utilized within a year from date of issuance.
- I note and agree that for ELO Drinking Water Monthly Subscription Plan(s) bought, I am not allowed to discontinue the Plan(s) during the first three (3) monthly deliveries from date of purchase. However, I am allowed to pause my Plan(s) after the first three (3) months from date of purchase, up to a maximum period of 4 accumulative months within a year.
- I agree to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- I agree to receive updates, news, advertising, promotional and marketing mails or materials that Multi Water Holdings Ltd. and/or its related companies may be offering.
- We may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, modify any aspect of the Products and Services, including price(s), information and terms and conditions thereof. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the revised Terms of Use.
